Dear customers, we would like to inform you that as of 1.06.2021 all product complaints of SCHMITH POLSKA S.A. can be submitted by e-mail directly to: reklamacje@schmithpolska.pl

A properly made complaint should include:
- a completed claim form,
- accompanied by proof of purchase of the products claimed,
- photographs of the defect or damage,
- information on the address from which the advertised products are ready for collection.
